Does an electric car with the following specs exist? If no, how long do you think before one becomes available

FIrst off, it needs to be a zero emission electric car.
The car should have a top speed of atleast 65 mph (100 kph).
Have a single charge range of around 100 miles (160 km).
It should look like a normal car (IE no three-wheel or golf cart looking buggies).

One more thing, I needs to be a four person vehicle.

Didn't realize some people were so anal about a term. Of course there is no zero emmisions vehicle, the raw materials and parts need to be transported to the factory, most transport vehicles are desiel now... so there are some emmisions. Also the power used for the batteries will probably come from coal or natural gas power, (unless I have solar panels and wind turbines) so there are some more emmisions. I just really wished the lot of you would have focused on my intention not my choice of words. You all know what I meant, but instead you had to push pencils. Bravo.
